Taryn is the best! We've been looking to buy in the Springs since the Fall, and especially since December. It was an ordeal, but Taryn gave us great advice and steered us in the right direction all through the process, which ended this last week with us closing on a house in the Broadmoor Mesa area. There were multiple bids (eight, I think) and many were similar, but the seller chose ours, and I think that's where Taryn made the difference. She was recommended to us by a friend and now we see why. I give her five stars and she deserves ten!
